Three RMAF Officers Successfully Completed Courses in Thailand
BANGKOK, 24 Sep 2020 - Three RMAF officers who took courses in Bangkok, Thailand starting from March 2019 until Sep 2020 have successfully completed their respective career courses.
They are Brig Gen Amer Mahmud bin Abdul Rahman RMAF who attended courses at National Defence College (NDC) 62/19, Lt Col Baharin bin Mohamad RMAF who attended courses at Air War College (AWC) 54/19 and Maj Mohd Faizal bin Abdul Latif RMAF who attended a course at Air Command & Staff College (ACSC) 64/19.
The courses started by undergoing six months of Thai language course, and thereafter continuing their career course for one year. Although the course was also affected by the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, these three officers managed to successfully complete their courses.
The graduation ceremony was also attended by the Malaysian Defence Advisor in Bangkok, Brig Gen Baharuddin bin Ahmad and the Assistant Defense Advisor, Maj Syaffiza bin Abdul Razak RMAF.
Congratulations to all course students as well as appreciation and thanks to all the coaches and instructors from the Royal Thai Armed Forces who assisted the students throughout the course. Indirectly strengthening and continuity of diplomatic relations and military cooperation between the two countries to remain strong for the sake of regional geopolitical prosperity.
TIGA PEGAWAI TUDM BERJAYA TAMAT KURSUS DI THAILAND
BANGKOK, 24 Sep 2020 – Tiga (3) orang pegawai TUDM yang mengikuti kursus di Bangkok, Thailand yang bermula dari bulan Mac 2019 sehingga bulan Sep 2020 telah berjaya menamatkan kursus kerjaya masing-masing dengan jayanya.
Mereka ialah Brig Jen Amer Mahmud bin Abdul Rahman TUDM yang mengikuti kursus di National Defence College (NDC) Siri 62/19 , Lt Kol Baharin bin Mohamad TUDM yang mengikuti kursus di Air War College (AWC) Siri 54/19 dan Mej Mohd Faizal bin Abdul Latif TUDM yang mengikuti kursus di Air Command & Staff College (ACSC) Siri 64/19.
Kursus yang dijalani bermula dengan mengikuti kursus pembelajaran Bahasa Thailand selama 6 bulan, seterusnya menyambung kursus kerjaya selama satu (1) tahun. Meskipun perjalanan kursus turut terkesan dengan penularan pandemik Covid-19, akhirnya ketiga-tiga pegawai ini telah berjaya menamatkan kursus dengan jayanya di samping turut membawa nama Tentera Udara Di Raja Malaysia khasnya dan Malaysia amnya.
Majlis graduasi yang berlangsung pada tarikh bersejarah ini turut dihadiri oleh Penasihat Pertahanan Malaysia di Bangkok iaitu Brig Jen Baharuddin bin Ahmad dan Pembantu Penasihat Pertahanan iaitu Mej Syaffiza bin Abdul Razak TUDM.
Tahniah diucapkan kepada semua penuntut kursus serta sekalung penghargaan dan terima kasih kepada semua jurulatih dan tenaga pengajar dari Royal Thai Armed Forces yang membantu penuntut sepanjang tempoh berkursus. Secara tidak langsung mengeratkan dan meneruskan kesinambungan hubungan diplomatik dan kerjasama ketenteraan di antara kedua negara agar terus kukuh demi kesejahteraan geopolitik serantau.
