Royal Malaysian Navy's LMS SUNDANG Arrives RMN Kota Kinabalu Naval Base
24 Jan 2020, Kota Kinabalu - LMS II SUNDANG, which left Qidong, Shanghai on 17 January, arrived safely at the RMN Kota Kinabalu Jetty today.
The presence of this ship was welcomed by the Commander of Eastern Fleet, Admiral Dato' Sabri bin Zali, as well as the top leadership in the Eastern Fleet, with strict SOP in placed.
All 45 crew, consisting of 7 Officers and 38 other ranks, will undergo self-quarantine starting today after the health screening tests were performed by the Kota Kinabalu Regional Armed Forces Hospital. The Royal Malaysian Navy prays that all crew are healthy.
Hopefully the LMS SUNDANG commissioning ceremony in February can be implemented according to plan.

LMS II SUNDANG yg bertolak dari Qidong, Shanghai pada 17 Januari lalu, selamat tiba di Jeti Pangkalan TLDM Kota Kinabalu hari ini.
Kehadiran kapal ini telah disambut oleh Panglima Armada Timur, Laksamana Madya Dato’ Sabri bin Zali serta barisan kepimpinan tertinggi di Armada Timur dengan mengekalkan SOP yang ketat.
Kesemua 45 kru yang terdiri daripada 7 Pegawai dan 38 Anggota seterusnya akan menjalani kuarantin kendiri bermula hari ini setelah ujian saringan kesihatan dilaksanakan oleh pihak Hospital Angkatan Tentera Wilayah Kota Kinabalu. Warga Navy People mendoakan agar kesemua kru bebas daripada sebarang gejala dan segala urusan dipermudahkan.
Semoga upacara pentauliahan SUNDANG pada Februari nanti dapat dilaksanakan mengikut perancangan.
